Cistus
Many of our garden visitors will remember this excellent, large
flowered white
Cistus which hung over the Vean yard. Given to me years ago, name

Crocosmia : - Decorative, indispensable but
often ignored late summer flowering plants. Some of the large
flowered ones do have a reputation for tenderness in our colder
counties, but here in the Westcountry they make solid perennials
and provide brilliant points of colour in often bare Autumn borders.
