Thalictrums - rather a passion
of mine, with their dainty airy spikes of flowers are an elegant
way
to add height to a border without taking up too much space. They
require rich deep moist (but not waterlogged) soil and flower
just as happily in shade as in sun. They come in all sizes from
5” to 7ft. I offer the following varieties that I think
deserve to be more popular, many of them rare and hard to find.
